Exchange Eligibility
* You must provide an unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging.
* Claims for missing or incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of delivery with proof.
* Damaged or leaked products due to transit must be reported within 24–36 hours of delivery.
Non-Delivery
If your order is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update. Claims after this period are not eligible.
Damaged Goods on Delivery
If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse it and inform us immediately.
